How does Sleepy Swan work?

Sleepy Swan is a monthly stationery mail club. Every month a brand new collection is designed around a different theme. Subscribe once and your membership renews automatically every month until you decide to cancel.

When do subscriptions renew?

Your subscription renews automatically once every month using the payment method you selected at checkout. You'll receive an email before each renewal.

When do you ship?

Sleepy Swan mail is packed and shipped during the first week of every month. To receive the current month's edition, subscribe before the 20th of the month.

For example:

• Subscribe before 20 August → Receive the August Edition

• Subscribe on or after 20 August → Your subscription begins with the September Edition

This gives enough time for artwork, printing, packing and preparing each month's mail.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. If your monthly renewal has already been processed, that month's edition will still be shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Sleepy Swan ships worldwide!

Will previous editions come back?

No :( Each month's edition is created in limited quantities.

Once the month has ended, that edition moves into the Sleepy Swan Archive and won't be reprinted.

If there are any leftover copies, they'll occasionally appear in the Archive shop until they're gone.

Will everything be the same every month?

Of course not! and that's part of the fun.

Every month is completely different. The artwork, stationery, colours and theme all changes so every envelope feels like its own little collection.

Can I get a refund?

Because each Sleepy Swan edition is created in limited quantities and prepared specifically for subscribers, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your package, please get in touch within 4 days of delivery and I'll do my best to help.

What if my mail is lost?

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the postal service.

If your package appears to be lost or hasn't arrived after a reasonable amount of time, please contact me and I'll see what I can do to help.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact me as soon as possible.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, I'll happily update your address. Once your order has been posted, I'm unable to make changes.

Can I change my delivery region?

Yes! If you need to switch between Australia and International, please contact me before your next renewal date so I can update your subscription before it's processed.

My mail hasn't arrived yet.

Delivery times vary depending on where you live. If your order seems unusually delayed or arrives damaged, send an email to:
